Mercure Hotel Hagen

Hagen was much bigger than we expected, so we had a bit of trouble finding the hotel. It is right in the middle of the city. It would have been more convenient for us if we could have found a hotel closer to the autobahn. That however, was our problem for misjudging the location. The room was very nice, spacious. One of the best rooms we had during our trip. English speakers readily available.

I come back for years, quality does not diminish, the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the sauna, that's the most important reason to come back all the time, the breakfast is outstanding, and the parking is right in front of the main entrance under a roof.

The room was very comfortable and mainly quiet. It was only other guests being inconsiderate late at night that spoiled things a bit, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Very clean, quiet and nice facilites. Beds were quite comfortables and adequate for the family. The parking very adequate and staff very friendly.
